***!Important Note: This site is still under construction, so please be patient with us as we continue to add more content and features. Thank you for your understanding! So far we have some information on CPUs, and we are working on adding content about the rest of the computer components. So stay tuned for more updates!
CPU (Processor)
We recommend starting your build by choosing a processor. This will set the base for the build with regard to other parts as well as the price of the entire build.
Cooler & Fans
Once you have chosen a processor, find a nice cooler for it to keep things running smooth!
RAM (Memory)
Next choose your RAM/Memory. There are different speeds and capacities depending on your budget. Remember that faster RAM is generally better than more RAM, especially since software is often behind hardware and unable to fully utilize large amounts.
Motherboard & Chipset
Now choose a motherboard & chipset that support the CPU and RAM combo that you have chosen. Also check to make sure that the board has any other features you may be looking for, such as wi-fi, Bluetooth, a lot of USB ports, or the right combination of SATA and/or m.2 slots for storage drives.
Storage/Drive
Pick a storage drive that fits your needs and budget. If you are looking for speed go with a SSD or even better a recent gen m.2. If you would like a lot of space on a budget, stick with a HDD and it will get the job done.
GPU (Graphics Card)
Get a graphics card that does what you need it to do while still fitting into your budget. Timing while buying and a little luck in finding the right deal will help a lot here. Don't rush it!
Power Supply
Sum up all of your components and find a power supply that beats the wattage by at least a few hundred watts in case you would like to make some additions or add fancy lighting.
Case
Finally, select a case that fits all of your parts comfortably, and has good airflow.
